Perfect location! Right by the railway station, loads of restaurants, shops, and cool buildings. It's super central and you can easily catch a movie in town. 🏙️

Pleasant people. THe room was fine, warm and welcoming considering it was a very cold miserable day in Dunedin. It was nice to get back and be comfortable.
Nothing really. It was good for us and what we needed.

The location was incredible and amazing, close enough to shops, bars and restaurants as well as the Octagon and Meridian Mall, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. Didn't like when it was unusually hot outside, went to Trojan Turkish Takeaways to relax and grab some food.
The staff were not very friendly, didn't expect that coming.

The location was great, with a gothic-style church only a 10-15 minute walk away. Our room was quiet and spotless, equipped with an ironing set, a DVD player, and a lounge.

The fact that the motel on York is one of the only motels in Dunedin that takes the 'host accomodation' booklets is such a great plus for us in the fact that it allows for us to stay in such a nice hotel so close to the city. This has been our second stay now and we have enjoyed every bit about it. The hotel is walking distance to pretty much everything and is very modern and the rooms are very cosy. The owners were very nice in allowing us to book into our room early and to also leave our bags at reception for a few hours after we had to vacate. This saved us a very big hassle of having to cart our bags around Dunedin.Thankyou for making our stay so enjoyable!
nothing really. maybe to have de caff coffee sachets? :)

Overall had a WONDERFUL stay for 6 nights. Its location was magnificent, near tourist attractions like Speights Brewery and the center of town. - Easily reached nearby restaurants, such as Etrusco at the Savoy, for lunch/dinner.
